I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Austism Specialist in Arizona, and I specialize in helping people understand the “why” behind their symptoms—and then build skills to work with their brains and bodies, not against them.

My approach is:

• Collaborative – We’re a team. You’re the expert on your experience; I bring training, tools, and structure.
• Compassionate – No shaming, no “just get over it.” We move at a pace that respects your nervous system.
• Evidence-based – I draw from approaches such as CBT, ACT, trauma-informed, and attachment-based frameworks, integrating mind–body awareness.
• I care deeply about helping people move from “What’s wrong with me?” to “Oh, this makes sense now—and here’s what I can do next.”
• You can add: training background, settings you’ve worked in, and any special populations (e.g., college students, eating disorders, ADHD, trauma, etc.).

Fees, Insurance and Reinbursement

• I am in-network with Aetna, BCBS, UMR, UHC, Cigna for sessions.
• Payment is due at the time of service.
• I can provide a monthly superbill you can submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement for Autism Evals and Intensives.
